KAWARTHA LAKES-A Little Britain resident is facing charges after police executed a search warrant in Mariposa Township.
During the morning of June 1, 2024, the City of Kawartha Lakes OPP Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU), with the assistance from City of Kawartha Lakes OPP officers executed a search warrant at a residence in Mariposa Township. An individual was located and arrested. Officers say they also located twelve golf carts that had been reported stolen on May 31, 2024, from a local golf course, as well as another golf cart and Side-by-side that are believed to be stolen.
44-year-old Colagero Gallo of Little Britain was charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay at a later date.
