UPDATE: ROAD OPEN-County Road 121 In Kinmount Closed After Fatal Two Car Crash

KAWARTHA LAKES-The City of Kawartha Lakes OPP has closed County Road 121 for a collision involving two vehicles, in Kinmount.

At approximately 8:23 a.m., officers responded, along with Kawartha Lakes Fire and EMS, to a collision involving two motor vehicles, on County Road 121. The driver, a 54-year-old male from Somerville Township, was transported to a local area hospital and was pronounced deceased.

County Road 121 is closed from Station Road to Monck Road for the foreseeable future while members of the OPP Traffic Incident Management Team (T.I.M.E.) conduct their investigation.
