Additional Information Released On Pharmacy Break-In In Woodville

KAWARTHA LAKES-The City of Kawartha Lakes OPP responded to a local business after receiving a complaint for a break and enter in progress; three people were located and arrested, one was released and two were held for a Bail Hearing.

On March 30, 2024, at approximately 1:25 a.m., officers attended the local business, in Woodville, where the suspects had left prior to police arrival. Through investigation, the suspect vehicle was located a short time later on Peniel Rd, and three people were arrested.

51-year-old Julie Williams of Cannington, was charged with Break, Enter a place – with intent to commit an indictable offence and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000.

Evelyn Oakley, 47-year-old of Toronto, was charged with:

  • Break, Enter a place – with intent to commit indictable offence
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000
  • Failure to Comply with Undertaking
  • Failure to Comply with Release Order – other than to attend court
  • Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine

Bobby Wood, 41-year-old of Toronto, was charged with:

  • Break, Enter a place – with intent to commit indictable offence
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order x2
  • Failure to Comply with Undertaking
  • Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine

All accused are scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay at a later date.
