Peterborough Police Investigating Theft Of Tractor

PETERBOROUGH-The Peterborough Police Service is investigating after a tractor was reportedly stolen from a west-end Peterborough business Sunday evening.

At approximately 6:10pm on March 3, 2024, officers were called to the business on Lansdowne Street West.  Upon arrival, officers learned that a man was seen entering a parking lot and disabling the security system before leaving on a lawn tractor worth about $20,000 and heading eastbound on Lansdowne Street.

The suspect is described to police as:

  • Male
  • Approximately 6’1
  • Slim build
  • Wearing all black and a black hat
