Fenelon Falls Man Charged With Impaired Driving

KAWARTHA LAKES-The Kawartha Lakes Police Service were conducting speed enforcement in the area of Angeline Street north and Thunder Bridge Road in Lindsay on Saturday, March 2nd at approximately 11pm.     

Police say a vehicle was observed travelling northbound on Angeline Street at a very high rate of speed.  The vehicle was subsequently stopped.  

As a result of the investigation a 40-year-old Fenelon Falls man was arrested and charged with the following offences Operation while Impaired – Alcohol and Drugs and Operation while Impaired – Blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).

The accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay on April 11th, 2024.
