Police Looking For Offender Serving Time For Death Threats And Firearms Convictions

ONTARIO-The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant as a result of a breach of their Statutory Release.

Lamar Blackstock is described as a black male, 34 years of age, 5’8″ (173 cm) 225 lbs. (102 kg) with black hair and brown eyes.

He is serving a three-year and four-month sentence for:

  •  Discharge Restricted/Prohibited Firearm with Intent
  • Threaten Death and Bodily Harm (2 counts)
  • Possession of a Prohibited/Restricted Firearm with Ammunition
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order

The offender is known to frequent Toronto.
