PETERBOROUGH-A six-month long investigation has resulted in charges against a 76-year-old Keswick woman.
On Tuesday, December 5, 2023, officers with the Criminal Investigations Unit made an arrest in connection with the death of a 73-year-old woman in May of 2023. The two women were known to each other. Police say it was also learned that during the initial death investigation, the suspect provided false information to police.
As a result of the investigation, 76-year-old Margaret Murphy of Keswick has been charged with Aiding Suicide and Obstruct Police.
