KAWARTHA LAKES-A 41-year-old Lindsay man is facing child pornography charges.
Police say on October 23, 2023 the Kawartha Lakes Police Service entered into an investigation in relation to sexual offences against a young person. As a result of the investigation, officers from the Criminal Investigations Branch and the Forensic Identification Unit executed a search warrant on November 22, 2023 and a 41-year-old Lindsay man was arrested.
He has been charged with two counts of luring a child, invitation to sexual touching, sexual interference and sexual assault and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay on December 28, 2023.
