KAWARTHA LAKES-The section of the Victoria Rail Trail in Fenelon Falls between Oakland Lane and Thorn Street will be closed for Ash and Hazard Tree removal along the trail beginning Monday, November 20 through Friday, November 24 during the hours of 7am and 3pm.
The work to be completed will involve the removal of hazardous trees which are predominately Ash. Sections of the trail will be barricaded off for safety reasons, the public is asked to avoid this area during the specified removal time. The trail will re-open to the public during the hours in which work is not being completed.
