OPP Looking For Repeat Offender Known To Frequent Toronto

KAWARTHA LAKES-The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant as a result of his breach of statutory release.

43-year-old Brent Hoshal is described as an indigenous male, 43 years of age, 5’10” (178 cm), 150 lbs (68 kgs) with blond hair and blue eyes. Hoshal has a tattoo of a skull on his right arm, and a tattoo of a skull inside a rose on his left arm. No information on his convictions was released.

The offender is known to frequent the Toronto area.
