PETERBOROUGH-Peterborough County OPP responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Yankee Line in Selwyn Township shortly after 8:30 p.m. on September 06, 2023. The complainant reported that a vehicle had been rolled on their property. Peterborough County OPP officers attended the location and found the scene of the crash.
28-year-old Christian Bowen of Peterborough was arrested and charged with:
·      Operation while impaired-alcohol
·      Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
·      Mischief Under $5000
·      Assault
The accused had their driver’s licence suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded for seven days and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough on October 3, 2023.
