KAWARTHA LAKES-The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of Statutory Release.
Police say Fabian Pascoe is described as a black male, 46 years of age, 6’0”, 200 lbs with black hair (shaved) and brown eyes.
He is currently serving a four-year, and three-month sentence for Possession of a Schedule I/II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of a Weapon Contrary to Prohibition Order, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000 and Possession of a Schedule I Substance.
The offender is known to frequent the Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Brantford areas.
