Parts Of Kawartha Lakes Hit Hard By Storm

KAWARTHA LAKES-Parts of the City of Kawartha Lakes were hit hard by a severe storm that blew through this evening.

In Lindsay golf ball-sized hail damaged homes and vehicles, while roads and homes were flooded.

Homes under construction appeared to collapse in Lindsay.

Kawartha Lakes Police reported multiple roads were flooded in Lindsay and officers were busy responding to hazardous conditions around town.

Environment Canada had issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch and a Warning for Kawartha Lakes.
