New Castle John’s Restaurant In Lindsay Makes Donation To Ross Memorial Hospital

KAWARTHA LAKES-If you dined at Castle John’s new Lindsay location during their grand opening celebration on June 8 — you have made a donation to Ross Memorial Hospital!

The team at Castle John’s says they chose to donate 10% of the proceeds from their grand opening celebration to the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation, so everyone in Kawartha Lakes could benefit.

On July 19, regional manager Angie Poucher gathered the Castle John’s team to help present a cheque for $1,065.28. These funds will support priority needs at the Ross including bedside medical equipment and life-saving technology.

“Local business leaders in our community play a vital role at our hospital,” said Erin Coons. “We’re honoured to receive this gift from the team at Castle John’s and congratulate them on their successful opening at their new location in Lindsay. Welcome to the community!”

Officials say with every donation to the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation, donors transform the patient experience, improve patient care and outcomes, and grow services and spaces. For more information about donors’ impact on patient care, visit www.rmh.org/foundation.
