UPDATE: Captured-Police Looking For Federal Offender Known To Frequent Toronto Area


KAWARTHA LAKES-The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of Statutory Release.

Michael Stamatakos is described as a Caucasian male, 31 years of age, 5’5″ (165cm),  110 lbs (50 kgs) with brown hair and brown eyes. Police say he has several tattoos consisting of a heart and teardrop and stitch trail on his left cheek, a stitch trail on his right cheek, “SD KEYZ” on his right calf, “THE WORLD IS MINE” on his left hand, “SPARTON” on the right side of his neck to name a few.

He is currently serving a two (2) year sentence for Arson-Damage to Property, Dangerous Operation of a Conveyance, Flight from Peace Officer, Utter Threat to Cause Death/Harm and Possession of a Schedule I Substance.

The offender is known to frequent areas in Toronto.
