OPP Looking For Third Federal Offender Wanted For Breach Of Statutory Release In Four Days

KAWARTHA LAKES-The OPP Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating another federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of Statutory Release.

Kimo David is described as a male black, 28 years of age, 5’10” (178cm), 196lbs (89kgs) with black hair and brown eyes. He has a scar on his right hand approximately 1.5″ (3.8cm)in length.

He is currently serving a four (4) year and nine (9) month sentence for Possession of a Firearm, Weapons for Dangerous Purpose, Unauthorized Weapon in a Motor Vehicle, Fail to Comply with Conditions of Recognizance, Fail to Comply with Conditions of his Probation and for Possessing Weapon contrary to a Prohibition Order.

The offender is known to frequent the Oshawa and Toronto areas.

This is the third repeat offender who has violated statutory release and is missing since February 6th.

On February 6, 2023, police issued an alert for 24-year-old Jerry Lewis, described as a black male, 24 years of age, 5’10” (178cm), 150 lbs (68kgs) with black hair and brown eyes.

He is currently serving a five-year and one-month sentence for offences including 5 counts of Armed Robbery, Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery, Possession of a Prohibited/Restricted Firearm with Ammunition, Assault Peace Officer, Assault Causing Bodily Harm and Assault.

The offender is known to frequent areas in Greater Toronto.

And on February 8th the OPP issued an alert for Marc Poulin who is described as a Caucasian male, 54 years of age, 5’7″ (171 cm), 169 lbs (77 kgs) with grey hair and hazel eyes. He has scars on his left arm, his back and on both legs.

Police say he is serving a two-year and twelve-day sentence for Theft Under $5,000 x 7, Fail to Comply with Probation Order and Fail to Comply with Order – At Large.

The offender is known to frequent Ottawa and Toronto in Ontario, as well as Gatineau and Montreal in Quebec.
