Strong to damaging wind gusts developing Friday afternoon and continuing into Saturday.

Snow, heavy at times, is expected to begin Thursday night and continue into Saturday. Also, a cold front will move through the area Friday afternoon ushering in much colder air along with strong to damaging wind gusts.
