Strong to damaging wind gusts developing Friday afternoon and continuing into Saturday.

Snow, heavy at times, is expected to begin Thursday night and continue into Saturday. Also, a cold front will move through the area Friday afternoon ushering in much colder air along with strong to damaging wind gusts.

Avoid travel if possible. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility in some locations.
