Boil Water Advisory Rescinded For All Remaining Properties In Fenelon Falls

KAWARTHA LAKES-Some Fenelon Falls residents have finally had a boil water advisory rescinded after almost two months.

The Boil Water Advisory issued on Friday October 21, 2022 for the Fenelon Falls Drinking Water System located in Fenelon Falls and has been rescinded by the Medical Officer of Health for all remaining properties.

Persons located at the following residences and using the water supply from the Fenelon Falls Drinking Water System no longer need to boil their drinking water. The water is safe for human consumption.

Officials say continued efforts by the City of Kawartha Lakes, the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks and the Medical Officer of Health to resolve the issue have been successful and consecutive satisfactory bacteriological sample results have been received.
