Driver Charged After Hydro Pole Struck On Lindsay Street In Fenelon Falls

KAWARTHA LAKES-Some residents in Fenelon Falls were without power for a short time on Saturday morning after a vehicle struck a hydro pole.

The OPP responded to the scene just after 4am on the 20th of August,  to a vehicle that had collided with a hydro pole on Lindsay Street in Fenelon Falls. Police say the driver had left the scene and was later identified, located, arrested and charged with take motor vehicle without consent.

No one was injured. Hydro crews were on the scene for hours repairing the damage. No name was released.
