ROPE Squad Requesting Public’s Assistance In Locating Federal Offender Known To Frequent GTA

KAWARTHA LAKES-The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender known to frequent the GTA.

Mark Rogers is described as a Caucasian male, 51 years of age, 5’3″ (160 cm), 152 lbs (69 kgs) with brown hair (currently shaved) and blue eyes. He has tattoos on his abdomen, upper torso, upper back, chest, right thigh, shoulders and upper arms. Rogers is wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of Day Parole.

He is serving a 6-year, 4 months sentence for 3 counts of Break and Enter.

The offender is known to frequent Ottawa, Jasper, the Greater Toronto Area and Niagara Falls.
