Bancroft OPP Investigating Fatal ATV Crash

KAWARTHA LAKES-Bancroft OPP are investigating a fatal all-terrain-vehicle (ATV) collision.

On July 3, 2022, shortly after 2:30 p.m. the Bancroft OPP received a report of a motor vehicle collision on Ramsbottom Road in Carlow – Mayo Township.

Police and paramedics responded and located an adult driver who had sustained serious injuries. Police say the driver was transported to hospital by ambulance where they were pronounced deceased.

65-year-old David Mckenna from Rockton, Ontario has been identified as the driver of the ATV.

Investigation into the collision is ongoing.
