Lindsay Man Charged After Police Allegedly Disrupt Break And Enter In Progress

KAWARTHA LAKES-Kawartha Lakes police were called to a Bridle Road address in Lindsay for a break and enter in progress on Monday May 23, 2022 at 12:12pm

The homeowners were away at the time of the occurrence. Police say a family member who was checking the residence, found an unknown individual inside.

According to police the individual had been in the residence for an undetermined period of time and had ransacked throughout. 

Police arrived and arrested 31-year-old Tyler Underhill of Lindsay. The accused has been charged with break, enter dwelling house – commit indictable offence, mischief destroys or damages property and possession of property obtained by crime under $5000.

The accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay on June 7, 2022.
