Police, Fire And EMS Called To A Storage Trailer Fire In Janetville

KAWARTHA LAKES-City of Kawartha Lakes OPP, Fire and Rescue and EMS were called to a storage trailer fire in Janetville this morning.

It happened at around 11:30am.  Acting Fire Chief Terry Jones says the trailer contained sea-doo’s, tawn tractors and various tools. It was a total loss with damage estimated to be approximately $50,000. The cause has been determined to be electrical failure. Everyone at the property was safe and accounted for.

Officers conducted traffic control while the fire was extinguished.
