Crews Respond To Hydro Pole Fire South Of Kinmount

KAWARTHA LAKES-The fire department is on the scene of a hydro pole fire just South of Kinmount on Highway 121.

Heavy winds in the area on Saturday night left thousands without power from Bobcaygeon  to Lindsay to Kinmount and beyond.

Witnesses say a power line is down and over the road. Crews have now put the fire out and are awaiting hydro.
