Grade 11 Student In Critical Condition After Being Hit By Vehicle Getting Off Of Peterborough Transit Bus

PETERBOROUGH-Peterborough Police say a Grade 11 student has been struck by a vehicle after getting off a City of Peterborough transit bus near Langton Street and Hilliard Street this morning.

The incident happened just north of Adam Scott Collegiate about 8:50 am on Tuesday, September 7, 2021.

The student is in critical condition and has been flown to a Toronto hospital for treatment.

Peterborough Police continue to investigate.
