KAWARTHA LAKES-A 37-year-old Lindsay man is facing charges after police were called to a report of individuals intentionally pouring water over the balcony onto the unit below.
Police say on Sunday August 8, 2021, at 9:10am the City of Kawartha Lakes Police Service were called to a Colborne Street West residence in Lindsay for a neighbour dispute. It was reported that individuals of one unit were intentionally pouring water onto the balcony of the unit below, which was allegedly observed by police.
36-year-old Holly Wilson and 37-year-old Jeffrey Hemstra have been charged with mischief. Police say at the time of the incident Hemstra was wanted on a warrant for assault which was executed.
Both accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay on September 16, 2021.Â
