KAWARTHA LAKES-City of Kawartha Lakes OPP has charged a driver with Impaired Operation after a report from a concerned citizen about a driver pulled over onto the shoulder of the road.
Police say on July 7, 2021, shortly before 5:00 a.m., officers attended the scene to check on the wellbeing of the driver and commenced an impaired driving investigation.
As a result of the investigation, Keesha Jenkinson, 23 years of age, of Fenelon Falls, has been charged with:
- Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
- Adult Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Cocaine
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay, on July 29, 2021.
