OPP Looking For Suspect After Alleged Theft At The LCBO In Omemee

KAWARTHA LAKES-The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is seeking the public’s assistance to identify a person suspected of stealing from an Omemee area store.

Police say on April 12, 2021 an officer from the City of Kawartha Lakes detachment of the OPP responded to a theft complaint and attended the LCBO in Omemee. Initial investigation indicated that on April 10, 2021 an unknown person allegedly left the store without paying for several items.

The suspect is described as a female, 40-50 years of age, with blond hair.

Anyone having information on this crime or any others is asked to contact the City of Kawartha Lakes OPP at 1-888-310-1122. Information can also be reported anonymously by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or by going to www.khcrimestoppers.com and submitting an anonymous tip online.
