Looking For Santa This Weekend? Here’s Where You’ll Find Him

KAWARTHA LAKES-If you have been missing the Santa Claus parades and other festivities there are a few ways you can see Santa this weekend while following Coronavirus protocols.

The Bobcaygeon Kinettes are having a Santa Drive By this weekend on Saturday December 12, from 5-6:30pm at Buckeye Marine in Bobcaygeon. Buckeye is a sponsor for this event and has worked hard to get everything ready so the young and young at heart can see Santa. All cars must enter on Meadow Lark Crescent and exit on Highway 36.

Lakeland Funeral Centre at 19 Moose Road in Lindsay will also be hosting a Santa Drive Thru Visit. It runs Friday December 11 from 5-7pm and Saturday December 12th from 10am to noon. Donations accepted: Toys for the Kinsmen Toy Drive, Non-perishable food item for Kawartha Lakes Food Source and Pet Food & Toys for the Humane Society of Kawartha Lakes.

There will be a Reverse Parade in Little Britain tonight, December 11th at the Little Britain Arena from 6-8:30 pm. Enter via Area Road, follow the pylons, enjoy the stationary parade and loop back out. There will be a mailbox for letters to Santa and donations for the food bank will be collected.

Ho Ho Ho!!
