Generator stolen from Lindsay business

KAWARTHA LAKES-Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a generator stolen from a business in Lindsay.

Police say at approximately 3:05AM on Wednesday July 22, a light coloured Dodge Ram single cab pickup truck, with a hard tunneau cover, backed up to a towable generator which had been parked in the lot of the business on Walsh Road. A person exited the truck, connected the vehicle to the generator and then left the area according to police.

The stolen generator is a Wacker Neuson model G25, 20KW and grey in colour. The Kawartha Lakes Police Service is asking that anyone with information about this incident contact an investigator at 705-324-5252, or if you wish to provide your information anonymously please contact Crime Stoppers at 1.800. 222.TIPS (8477) or at www.kh.crimestoppersweb.com.
