KAWARTHA LAKES-Laurie Dillon-Schalk owns a maple syrup farm just outside of Bobcaygeon. Usually this time of year is spent producing the tasty treat, but she’s got a sweet new project that’s taking up a lot of her time this spring. Schalk is the Co-Founder of Conquer COVID-19.
