KAWARTHA LAKES-Environment Canada has issued a Snowfall Warning for Kawartha Lakes and Peterborough.
Officials say snow, heavy at times will hit the region this morning.
Total snowfall amounts of 15 to 25 cm are expected by Sunday morning.
Brisk southeasterly winds gusting to 50 km/h will whip up freshly fallen snow causing low visibilities at times in blowing snow today into this evening.
