Fentanyl, cash and crystal meth seized after police raid a motel on Highway 7

PETERBOROUGH COUNTY-The Ontario Provincial Police, Peterborough Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) raided a motel on Highway 7 near Peterborough on Monday and allegedly seized a quantity of fentanyl, crystal methamphetamine, cash and drug paraphernalia.

Two parties were arrested at the scene.

39 year old Steven Swanson of Pickering, Ontario was arrested and charged with Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking-three counts and Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000.

29 year old Renee Rochonof Sudbury, Ontario was arrested and charged with Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking-three counts and Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000
