KAWARTHA LAKES-Police seized 9 firearms from drug raids across the City of Kawartha Lakes and Peterborough last week. Peterborough Police Chief Scott Gilbert says at least two of the guns were smuggled across the border from the US highlighting a bigger issue. He’s also concerned with the revolving door of the bail system.
