39 year old charged with impaired driving after stop near Janetville

KAWARTHA LAKES-A 39 year old is facing charges after police stopped a vehicle on Janetville Road on October 19th.

According to police the ensuing investigation led to the driver’s arrest. Daniel Crozier, 39 years of age, of Manvers Township, was charged with the following offences:

  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
  • Driving while under suspension, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
