Firehouse Subs donates almost $9,000 to Kawartha Lakes Fire and Rescue

KAWARTHA LAKES-Kawartha Lakes Fire and Rescue service received a grant of almost $9,000 from Firehouse Subs to purchase a fire hazard simulator. The pop up kitchen will be used to teach kids and adults the dangers around cooking. Alana Erwood, the Fire Safety Educator with the fire department gave us a demonstration.
