Impaired charges laid after crash south of Little Britain

KAWARTHA LAKES- City of Kawartha Lakes OPP responded to a single vehicle collision on Ball Point Road, south of Little Britain at approximately 12:15pm yesterday.

Police say a vehicle had lost control and came to a stop on the front lawn of a residence.

Following an investigation, 72 year old Paul Irwin of Zephyr, was arrested and charged with Operation While Impaired – Blood-Alcohol concentration (80 plus) contrary to the Criminal Code.
