Trent Hills man charged with failing to provide breath sample

KAWARTHA LAKES-A Trent Hills man has been charged with failing to provide a breath sample after being stopped in a RIDE check.

Members of the Peterborough County OPP stopped a vehicle at a R.I.D.E. program on Highway 7 at approximately 10:15pm on July 16, 2019. Police say the male driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol.

40 year old Trevor Mack of Trent Hills, Ontario was arrested and charged with Failure or refusal to comply with demand.

The accused had his vehicle impounded and driver’s licence suspended.
