KAWARTHA LAKES- A Fenelon Falls man has arrested for a break and enter to a Lindsay area home.
Police say on March 30th at 7:40am a man attended a residence on Highway 36 in Lindsay and gained entry to the home. The man allegedly entered the garage area of the home and removed several pieces of sports equipment.
The owner of the residence returned home later in the day and discovered their home had been broken into.
The City of Kawartha Lakes Police Service was notified and commenced an investigation. On April 3rd, a 36 year old from Fenelon Falls was charged with break and enter, possession of property obtained by crime under $5000 and failing to comply with the conditions of his probation.
The accused will appear at the Onorder is 36-tario Court of Justice, located at 440 Kent Street west in Lindsay on May 9, 2019.
