Man charged with committing indecent act in a municipal building in Lindsay

KAWARTHA LAKES-A Lindsay man is facing charges after allegedly committing an indecent act at a municipal building in Lindsay.

Police say on March 21, 2019 the City of Kawartha Lakes Police Service received the report that an indecent act had taken place at municipal building in Lindsay the previous day. The investigating officer reviewed video surveillance of the male suspect leaving the building after the alleged incident occurred. A photograph of the suspect was shared with members of the police service and on March 22, 2019 an officer on patrol observed the man walking on Kent Street.

22-year-old Trent Jackson was arrested and had been charged with committing an indecent act.
