KAWARTHA LAKES-It was quite a sight on Tates Bay Road, near Bobcaygeon Friday night. Police, fire and EMS were called to the scene after a car travelling on Tates Bay Road appears to have missed a turn and went flying out onto the ice on Pigeon Lake at approximately 9pm. Witnesses say the vehicle ended up about 50 feet from shore. No one was injured and no charges were laid.
