KAWARTHA LAKES-A Special Constable with the City of Kawartha Lakes OPP has been charged with failing to stop for a school bus.
Members of the City of Kawartha Lakes OPP received a complaint of an Offender Transport Unit which failed to stop for a school bus which had its flashing lights activated, November 26, 2018 shortly before 4:00 p.m.
Special OPP Constable Andrew FaulknerR, a 19- month member of the Lindsay Offender Transport Unit has been issued a provincial offence notice for failing to stop for a school bus.
The officer remains on active duty.
