Woman suffers life-altering injuries in Kawartha Lakes crash

KAWARTHA LAKES-City of Kawartha Lakes OPP say a woman suffered life-altering injuries in a crash on Mt. Horeb Road.

Police along with other emergency services personnel were called to the scene of a single vehicle rollover at approximately 7:30 am Thursday morning.

The driver, a 60 year old female from Janetville, and lone occupant in the vehicle was transported from the scene with life-altering injuries. Mt. Horeb Road between Highway 7 and Lilac Road was closed for collision investigation but has since reopened.

The OPP’s Technical Collision Investigations (TCI) Unit was also on scene.
