A 35-year-old man has been charged with causing a disturbance following a Monday evening incident.
On April 10, 2017 at approximately 8 p.m. it was reported that couple and their child were walking in the area of Park and Wolfe Streets in Peterborough when the accused yelled at them and began following them down the street attempting to engage the male in a fight.
Police were called and as a result of the investigation Daryl Wayne Harper, 35, of Albert Street, was arrested and charged with causing a disturbance.
