No One Injured In Truck Fire Near Cameron

KAWARTHA LAKES- Emergency services respond to a vehicle fire on Highway 35 near Cameron this afternoon.

It happened at approximately 3pm. Highway 35 was closed at Naylor Road for at least an hour while firefighters doused the flames.

Police say two people were in the vehicle when it began to smoke. Both got out ok and were not injured.

Firefighters got the fire under control quickly and the road reopened after about an hour.
