City of Kawartha Lakes OPP is investigating multiple early‑morning incidents involving a male on a matte black e‑bike seen checking vehicles in driveways across Fenelon Township, Little Britain, Cameron, and Lindsay.
In one recent event on May 30, 2026, around 3:00 a.m., a person was confronted while going through a truck. He fled on the e‑bike according to police.
Description:
• Caucasian male, small/thin build
• Hoodie with “Jordan” on the front (hood up)
• Black Under Armour-style backpack
