Janetville Man Facing Multiple Charges After Family Dispute

KAWARTHA LAKES-A Janetville man is facing numerous charges after a family dispute.

Kawartha Lakes Police were called to the area of Song Bird Crescent on July 18, 2022 at 11:11 am.

It was reported that the accused had been consuming alcohol and had left the area. Police say the male had returned to the residence and was parked in the driveway when police arrived.

The accused, 39-year-old Brian Deloughery of Janetville has been charged with been charged with operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs, failure or refusal to comply with demand, utter threats – cause death or bodily harm, mischief under $5000 X2 and one Liqour Licence Control Act infraction.

He will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice located at 440 Kent Street West in Lindsay on August 25, 2022.
