Ministry Of Labour Called In After Woman Crushed Between Two ATV’s At HB Cycle

KAWARTHA LAKES-A 53-year-old woman was seriously injured at a commercial property on Highway 35 on Tuesday.

Police say on July 5, 2022, at approximately 10:00 a.m., officers were called to HB Cycle, a commercial property in Fenelon Township where a female was crushed between two side-by-side all-terrain vehicles (ATVs).

The 53-year-old female sustained serious injuries and was transported to a Toronto-area trauma centre.

The OPP, The Ontario Ministry of Labour (MOL) and the Federal Department of Labour were notified and are investigating.
