KAWARTHA LAKES-City of Kawartha Lakes OPP says it is investigating mischief at the Oakwood and Little Britain arenas.
Police initially said the graffiti is being treated as a hate crime because of its content but later stated that was an error. They now say the graffiti was “derogatory and offensive in nature” Police did not provide any information on the concerning content.
