Vehicle Allegedly Clocked Travelling 163 Km/h On Highway 115

PETERBOROUGH-Peterborough County OPP laid a stunt driving charge while conducting radar patrol on Highway 115 yesterday morning.

Shortly after 10:30am, officers allegedly clocked a vehicle travelling 163 km/h in a posted 100 km/h zone.

The 38 year old driver of St. Catherines, Ontario was charged with stunt driving in relation to excessive speed.

The accused had their driver’s licence suspended for 30 days and vehicle impounded for 14 days and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough on June 13, 2022.
